In collaboration with Chef Sandor Palmai, we warmly welcome you to Eight (8), an exclusive personal dining and Mirus wine tasting experience for 8 guests in Wonderground's private 100-year-old Mirus Room. 

8 is both symbolic and intentional, representing cycles, community and connection. A gathering that unfolds slowly, thoughtfully, and with purpose — small enough to feel deeply personal, yet expansive enough to create collective connection. 

Sandor presents a farm-to-plate seasonal menu inspired by the Barossa landscape and its producers. Perfectly matched to Mirus wines, the shared and plated courses are served with understated precision, allowing each dish to tell a story of origin, intention and craft. Our guests are thoughtfully guided through the Mirus wine experience throughout.
